Navigating the Bipolar Weather in Paris!

As I said last week, the best time of year is approaching! The sun is making longer appearances and is making its presence well known. I went to Le Jardin du Luxembourg yesterday and took a very peaceful nap under the warm sun. However, that night when I met up with my friends for dinner I was absolutely freezing on my walk to the metro station I felt as if it were January again.
Then when I woke up this morning to head to the Sacré-Coeur for Easter, I was cold and put on a turtleneck and tights under my dress. But as the day went on I felt as if I were melting. Like I said, the sun is really doing its job. And I am very grateful for the sun to be gracing us with its presence, but it has yet to really commit to us and it is leaving me very confused. As I speak to more people about it, I have actually learned that it is not actually supposed to be this cold around this time of year, so thank you climate change for killing the vibes.

Because I knew that I ended my night way too cold last night, I decided to keep my tights and turtleneck on despite having melted earlier in the day. I went to another park in the evening and walked around the zoo and as the sun set I was very grateful to have kept on the same outfit. But it is kind of annoying having to compromise my comfort for a better part of the day. And yes I could just come home and change, but I only have so many more days left in Paris, why would I want to take the time to do something so minuscule when I am more than capable of sucking it up. Anyways when I say navigating the bipolar weather I mean I am currently doing so. I have yet to figure it out. I would still definitely recommend tights, but a turtleneck under a dress and a sweater might just be cutting it.
